鋅的標准電位比鐵低， 對鋼鐵而言是陽極性镀層， 可提供可靠的電化學保護， 在工業大氣和海洋性大氣中使用的鋼鐵及鑄件制品均可選擇鋅做保護層。镀鋅層經銘酸鹽鈍化後， 可大大提高耐蝕性。 我們以先進的設備和精湛的工藝 ， 爲客戶提供高品質的镀鋅加工。 采用不同的鈍化液分別可得到： 銀白、 藍白、 彩色、 黑色等不同的外觀。      

鋅镍合金是 20 世紀 80 年代以來引起廣泛重視的抗腐蝕镀層。鋅镍合金之所以主要，在于它有非常可貴的物理化學性質： ① 優良的耐蝕性； ②優良的力學性能； ③)優良的钎焊性；④镀層應力小。 適合于高強鋼上電镀， 可作爲代镉镀層， 多用于軍品、 汽車配件。鋅镍合金镀層外觀爲灰白至銀白色， 進行鈍化處理後 ， 可進一步提供耐蝕性， 並賦予一定的色彩，有銀白鈍化（ 俗稱本色鈍化）、 藍白鈍化、 彩色鈍化和黑色鈍化。

汽車制動卡鉗爲汽車制動系統中的關鍵零部件，在使用過程中工作環境非常惡劣，刹車時溫度達200°且有泥石沖擊，對防腐要求極高。但制動卡鉗的材質多由高碳含量的壓鑄鐵構成，表面粗糙，存在大量的砂眼、氣孔等鑄造缺陷，防腐難度大。制動卡鉗爲行車安全件，其防腐性能尤爲重要。制動卡鉗的電镀在前處理、電镀鋅和電镀鋅镍、三價鋁鈍化、封閉的工藝上都有其特殊性。我們有專屬的汽車制動卡鉗镀鋅和鋅镍合金的全自動生產線和高品質的工藝技術。酸性镀鋅可滿足耐熱沖擊腐蝕試驗144h無白鏽，480h無紅鏽的要求。酸性镀鋅镍可滿足耐熱沖擊腐蝕試驗240h無白鏽，720h無紅鏽的要求。
